Buying glycerin...hmm, I guess it is Alfa related if you are using it as a stain remover. Glycerin used to be a reliable household product, one of those that have been replaced by "magical" products advertised on cable TV infomercials. AFIK, glycerin and glycerol are the same thing. The latter can be bought from lab chemical suppliers like Sigma-Aldrich.
