Spider's Springs & Shocks & Heights & Rides?

Hello all,
Thanks for all the inputs on tach&oil pressure problems. I have question about my suspension.
The front passenger side is about 1/2 (may be less)lower than the driver side. I pushed the passenger side, it seems to be softer than the driver side. It's a 91 spider veloce with 96,000 miles on it, can the springs be bad? The shocks looked old and the rubber cracked already.
The rear seems to be lower than the front. Is it the design or the back springs already sagged? I saw most of Alfa spiders have the back lower than the fron while people are driving?
QUESTION with all these after market performance springs set. RED or BLUE?
They're are stiffer & shorter? How stiff and how bad do they change the rides after you install them. The original springs are more expensive than these red & blue springs. I need your inputs on these sets if you put them on your car, please give me your true opinion before I buy them and can't stand the ride and have to buy the original one.
My engine is very smooth, but I can't ever seem to rev it pass 4000 rpm even when I floored it?
The idle surge up & down sometimes? I don't want to use the throttle screw to adjust this? Someone was talking about the "O" ring somewhere in the fuel injection system for this idling adjustment. Where is this "O" ring is at?

Thanks,

Louis
