Here's my keyboard illustration of the GTV6 hose:   =O::: (the ends aligned better
than the illustration indicates!)

As you can kinda see, the bulge is in the middle, maybe for expansion?

I don't have an Alfetta, so Russ will have to address this question for ya'!

I considered doin' something like you suggest, but since I thought I'd located a new
replacement the plan was scrapped. Now Houston AR friend and fellow Digester Andrew
Garcia has offered me the used one off a GTV6 he currently is parting out (it's
almost down to the pan, from what Andrew told me yesterday). This used hose only has
to last long enough for IAP to have some new hoses made an inch or two longer than
the current one at which time they'll send me one of  'em.

Biba, feel free to call me Bernie or 'nardo. Only speed cops call me Bernard, when
they can catch me and check my ID that is! :-)

'83 GTV6 w/383,852 (s)miles today.

FS - Low mileage '83 GTV6 (Only 383,852 (s)miles today). Minor fuel leak. Needs hail
damage and minor fender dent repairs and complete repaint. Was Anthracite, paint is
wearin' thin. Black interior from '85 model (except for blue carpet and door panels;
original headliner); No rips or tears in seats. No dash cracks in black '85 unit. 120
MPH speedo that's seen 138 indicated a few times. Original cams and crank. Just about
everything else has been replaced at least once. Hella H4 headlamps with PIAA Super
White 80/80 bulbs rewired to preserve column switch. Too may mods to list. Have
"invested" ~$95K. Will consider $25K as is. Serious inquiries only!! :-)
