window regulator

My passenger window will not go all the way up. it makes a wonderfully 
pleaseant grinding noise and stops halfway. upon inspection, the cable is 
FUBAR. i figured this, since i did the driver's side one last year.
Is it possible to get just the regulator and not the motor? IAP's online 
catalog lists it for ~$250 w/ motor, as well as the VickAuto catalog i have.

its just that my passengers keep complaining when it rains -- even if i'm 
nice enough to put the top up for them.
