Milano Brakes

Buoa Sera Alfisti,
I will be changing the front brake pads on the '87 Milano this weekend. I have
the Car Disk and manual but cant find a picture of the caliper. Can the pads
be changed with the calipers in place? I haven't done brake work on this car
before and I just want to make sure I don't get in over my head. Just wanted
to know if there were any sticky spots.
