164 outside temp sensor

My advice is forget it. My sensor is incredibly accurate, reading always 
precisely 5.5 degrees Celsius higher than ambient. This is true no matter 
how cold or hot it gets outside. AND I have the one in the new improved 
location in the driver's door mirror. beats me how the sensor can be 
exactly 5.5 degrees too hot, if so accurate why not at zero degrees error? 
I'm told they all are as inaccurate so replacing yours will just give you a 
different consistent error!
