Thanks to everyone for the support in this matter ... not that it will make much
difference, but it makes me feel better anyway.

To clear up a couple points:
- - This was not a hoax. I had it checked out by someone who knows Ricardo.
- - I did have some email exchange with Ricardo and he said, "I do not
  make the rules, it is just my job to enforce them"
- - My main problem with his note is not with the rules, but with the manner
  in which the issue was approached ... with no explanation and a rude tone.
- - I have not asked for permission as I was ticked off by the whole thing, but
  perhaps I will just for the heck of it. Anyone know the address?
