re: idle surge

Robert,

I also have a 91 spider that had the same idle surge 
problem.  A VERY reputable mechanic also old me it was 
normal.  ITS NOT!
I checked the adjustment of my throttle switch and it was 
not contacting at idle.  After I made the simple adjustment 
the problem was gone.
Hope yours is as easy.
