When is an Alfa Not an Alfa

In regards to the comment that Alfas have never been built outside of
Italy. In recent history they have been built in Brazil and South Africa.
In the darker past they were also built in Paris (John H., correct me if
I'm wrong). There may also have been other places that I've forgotten about
or am not aware of.
