As far as I know, the springs are way too loaded to do it with a jack.
Also you can't get them back in with a jack. This trick can be used in
the back of the car, but not the front.

The best way are the threaded 3 feet long rods, or better yet there is
a special Alfa puller, that makes the job soo easy.
