4 cyl into 6 cyl chassis



Thanks to those who responded both on the digest and off.

I haven't called the DiFattas yet.

For anyone interested I took a quick look at the motor mounting points in the 
GTV6 and Alfetta last night.  The point where the GTV6 engine mounts bolt to 
the chassis (brackets welded to chassis) are further forward and also look to 
be a little lower than the Alfetta.  No problem - cut them off the GTV6 and 
weld on the mounting brackets from the Alfetta.

What I need to figure out then is whether to use the GTV6 driveshaft or 
completely switch out the driveline from front to back.
