Well, for the same (at least main) reason I don't own a condo at a ski 
resort, because I want to ski many different places, my "dream" Alfa is 
pretty much all of them.

And to Nizam's comment, I think he could find a factory stock Alfa that could 
spank any M3.  (Might need slightly larger tires and wheels, but otherwise 
stock).
