RE:164 roof racks

I have a factory roof rack purchased at the same time as the car in 91 (UK).

As I remember the kit contains seperate legs which clamp onto the rack but
which can also clamp onto roof bars  I don't know whether the system is
compatible with others but I would guess it must be badged not an in-house
design.  Don't know either whether US/UK systems are the same.
