The proper way to adjust 105-115 P-Brake

Hello,
The proper way is to take off the wheels, and spin the rotors so they line 
up with the 'star' wheel (looks like a gear) and adjust it with a straight 
blade screwdriver.  One way will lock the brakes, undo it enough so the 
rotor spins freely.  Then you can adjust the cable but most of the time it 
won't need it.  The parking brake should work perfectly.  This assumes the 
rest of the system is in good order.
