Once did thia with DUNLOP 105 rear discs. The really wierd ones. Had to
weld a perch for the brake cylinder to the axle tube. Made a cylinder out
of aluminium bar stock, used off the shelf Wagner parts for the piston and
seals--as the stock Dunlop cylinder was WAY too small to get the
proportioning right with the three piston front calipers.

I think it would be far easier with the ATE brakes. The backing plate bolt
pattern was definitely the same disc to drum, and the offset from the axle
shaft flange to the housing flange was also correct. Proportioning would be
the biggest hassle.
