Turning rear shocks

Terry, go inside the spring and pull up the rubber cover on the bottom of
the shock. There is a round metal plate on the bottom of the shock that has
several holes in it; stick something (small screwdriver or punch) into one
of the holes and it should hold it so you can then loosen the nuts on the
bottom of the shock. I just replaced the rear springs and shocks on my
Graduate; nothing teaches one like experience.
