I've been in Manhattan for 2 weeks now and the only F1 style action you'll
see is big yellow Crown Victoria's bumping off each other like a Monaco
starting line accident.

Beeping their horns all the while.

If there is *any* television available on Manhattan island
that isn't Manhattan island related, I've yet to see it.
