I'm totally in agreement with Joseph Chan's <joe@domain.elided> senntiments
and logic on this one.  That seems to put me in a minority of two, a rare
luxury.  For those in denial of Ferrari's culpability, check the photograph at:

It shows Ervine's Ferrari with covers over the barge boards.  I'm surprised
they didn't have fluoro signs saying "check this out".  I'm happy for
Ferrari to push the limits of legality, but not happy for other teams to be
labelled un-sporting for calling them.
