164S or LS...or L WANTED

i'll post again that i'm still interviewing cars to fill very important
position (some say disproportionate) in my life:

LOOKING FOR:  5-SP!!! 164 LS in the lower price range of the variety (no
$20k models, please unless the thing has turbo boost) or a 164S in very
nice shape.  i'm still somewhat open to the L (i'm an equal opportunity
employer, you know), but only in phenominal shape.
