Milano cruise control

When all else has failed try following the directions. I recently asked for
help with a non working Milano cruise control and, lo, and behold I opened
the Milano workshop manual and there on pages 43-29 thru 43-45 is
everything we've always wanted to know and been afraid to ask about cruise
controls: description, troubleshooting, diagrams, etc.
