Hello All,

I've lurked here for a while and thought I'd come out from the shadows an=

introduce myself.  My name is Ted Verrill and I'm from the Washington DC =
area.
 I last owned a car 10 years ago (a '79 Fiat 2000) and am once again on t=
he
market.  I've always wanted an Alfa Spider and have been looking for a mo=
nth
or so now.  Unfortunately, I'm not really sure what I'm looking for so he=
re go
the questions :)
Can anyone point me to web pages covering in detail: how to buy a used Al=
fa
Spider; a discussion of the Spiders over the years with major changes,
strengths and weaknesses, etc; a good price guide; list of local clubs an=
d
activities; etcetera :)
Any help would be greatly appreciated - having restored a TR4 at one time=
 I'd
rather not have to go through the total rebuild again, but then I don't h=
ave
the funds to buy one in perfect shape either ;)
