Spider transmission mount bushing.

Has anyone out there replaced the transmission mount bushing without totally 
removing the transmission?  It looks as if the mounting bracket can be 
removed to lower the transmission, to remove the old bushing.  My concern is 
if it can be pressed out with the new one and a rubber mallet, or if it needs 
to be pressed out by a machinist.  Any better ideas out there?
