I have used a    SKF  63004-2RS1 / CNHHT22.  It fits perfectly.  The only 
problem is you may have to order it and it may take awhile.  What I did in 
the meantime is use a thinner bearing, machined a spacer and I can tell you, 
it is still in the first 164 I owned.  I do not remember that part number but 
it is readily available.
