Fiat Bearing replacement for 164 aux' belt idler pulley

It's been suggested here previously that the Fiat timing belt bearing
(p/n 4443446), can be used as an upgraded part for the original Alfa 164
idler bearing which is prone to failure.  So I went ahead and got one 
...close but no cigar.  Although the outer diameter is exactly the same
(70mm), the inner hole is 25mm compared to 20mm for the origianl Alfa
part.  If a pair of 25mm metal bushings are available for the Fiat part
which function like the Alfa part's 20mm bushings, there should be no
problem using this part.  Another alternative is that somebody posted the
wrong Fiat part# and there really is one with a 20mm center hole.

Any thoughts?
