RE: Tyres, aspect ratio

Thanks to Steve Spiers and Jess Liao for there responses re tire size and
final Outside Diameter.  Mostly, so far, there's 3 ill effects:
First the gear down effect will slow your acceleration.  I could figure that
one myself. :)
Second, even 5% increase in aspect ratio from stock could rub on a lowered
car.
Thrirdly, the weight increase in wheel, from 14 to 15 may affect
driveability, and handling, unless it's a very light (read expensive) wheel.
