Mattias,
Sounds like you checked everything but the DC motors for the windows.  Take
off the door panel, make sure that you are getting 12volts at the motor.
If you are then chance are the motor shaft is rusted or seized.  I took the
DC motor / window regulator assy. out, took the motor apart and cleaned
everything.  Putting the regulator back in the door is a pain due to the
steel cable wanting to create a spiders nest if you don't keep tension on
it while installing the cable around the pulleys.  Try using masking tape
to hold the cable to the regulator drum while installing assy..
