What I found most remarkable about John Hertzman's post re: the Vandenberg
Papers was that the stock '79 cast iron manifold also performed as well as
the Shankle header.  In the case of the '79 it's especially important
'cause you need the @#$% air pump and the manifold fittings that go with it
in order to pass emissions testing.  I guess I'll focus my $ somewhere
besides headers as my Spider comes back to life this summer.
