The old Milano 'Wet Foot'

there is a drain hose accessible from the driver side foot well.  get your
head way down there by the pedals and you'll be able to see it.  it's a
flexible black hose that snakes past the blower motor case and connects to
the drip tray just a couple inches from the back side of the hvac
controls.  pull it off (it's just a friction fit) and try to blow out the
obstruction.
