	Any one know why my latest submission to the digest came through with 
strange symbols like =09 and =20 all over the place?  I also tried to click 
on the hyperlinks I sent, but they do not work.  Good thing I sent the URL's 
with the hyperlinks.  Maybe sending the links and the strange symbols have 
something in common?  Below is an exert from my posting:
