Any one know why my latest submission to the digest came through with
strange symbols like =09 and =20 all over the place?  I also tried to click
on the hyperlinks I sent, but they do not work.

Rod: go into TOOLS, OPTIONS, COMPOSE and click on "PLAIN TEXT"
