Brass/Copper radiators can corrode, especially if your car has the 
battery under the hood. Note also that on such radiators, the side 
brackets that mount it to the car are steel. While the stuff they spray 
on at radiator shops is pretty ugly, it does protect the metal. If you 
have the time, paint it yourself.
