Sorry Fred,

Although I am in awe of you knowledge and talent, I disagree. I have followed 
the instructions to the LETTER via the TSB and package included instructions. 
Another reason I disagree with you on this one is that the tensioner is a 
ratchet design and unloads when the rotation reverses.
