RE:'72 Spider fuel sender needed

Karl,
I recently replaced the fuel sender in my 76 Spider with one for the later
models.
You just need to (identify the fuel pump connection and not use it) and
block off the fuel send pipe. I cut the pipe off above the mounting flange
to
a height of about 1" with a dremel tool and then plugged it with a glob
of the ubiquitous two part "gas tank epoxy" followed with a plastic cap
just for good measure. It works fine and does not leak.
IAP had the sending unit in stock.
