The universally and thoroughly enforced speed limit in the sky is the
minimun speed that a particular model airplane in its particular
configuration (weight, balance, condition of airfoils etc.) can
fly without experiencing aerodynamic stall (loss of lift) which
can cause `falling out of the sky' if corrective action is not
performed. Of course, the rules are all different for those
crazy, i mean different folks who pilot rotor powered craft!
