manual for TS 164

Dear all,
I'm new in the list and I'm looking for the shop and part manuals for a 164
twin spark. I recently moved to Germany from the USA and I was  wondering
where there's a good source for parts as well aither in the muchen area or
by mail order. I thank in advance anybody who can help me.
