Are you sure of the engine size?  I owned a 67 cuda with the hi perf 273
(235hp).  The other V8 options I remember were the regular 273 (180hp) and
the 383.  Mine sure sounded sweet, and went like stink.  My mother was very
unhappy with me when I traded it in on my 69 1750 GTV.
