68 gtv buttress seats

My 68 German 1750 GTV has buttress seats and the passenger seat only has a
headrest which is built into the seatback itself.  A knob on the inner side of
the seat raises or lowers the top part of the seatback up and down inside the
butresses using a rack and pinion type system. The adjustment knob is not the
typical round knob, but more like a t-handle.   With the headrest adjusted
down, the seat appears to not have a headrest.
