Re: 164 A/C problem



Mark, my feeling is that it might be the cutout switch- the compressor
raises the pressure enough to trip the cut-out switch (located on top of the
drier canister), afterwhich the pressure goes down bit by bit.  It could
either be too much refrigerant or bad switch..  A reputable A/C place can
check the pressure of the gas, and replace the switch if necessary.
