Cracked GTV6 overflow bottle

I'm looking for a cracked GTV6 overflow bottle.  Since these items are
discontinued and hard to get, a local engineer friend of mine has offered to
help find a substitute.  He needs a cracked, but otherwise intact overflow
bottle.
