I'm no expert on carburation but have you looked at your plugs? Could be
that your mixture is too rich at idle or small throttle openings and its
loading up the plugs. An alternative would be that the accelerator
pumps  in the carbs aren't putting enough fuel into the mix when you
open up the throttles. The second option actually sounds more likely to
me.
