Noisy milano blowing fan

Its no news that many milanos have noisy blowing fan and there
are web pages showing how to access the blowing fan and lubricate
the shaft.

I may have found the cause of the noisy shaft.

I was at those clothed automatic car wash (where they basically
drag cloth strips over your car, MUCH MUCH less damage to cars than
those spinging brushes), after coming out of the wash, I turned
the fan on, and suddenly it started to squeel! "Mine never did that
before... what's going on?"

I stopped the car and walked to the passenger side, reached my hand
into the havoc unit and "What the ....." my hand was covered with
soap bubbles!

You guessed it! the draining hole next to the havoc air intake under
the winshield was clogged! When you wash the car with soapy water, it
gets in there and dries the lubricant on the shaft of blowing fan!

Everybody go unclog the draining hole now.
