Happy New Year from sunny Seattle! A fine day for a Spider ride.
Glenn makes a darn good point about OEM filters. I use them in the
Spider and Milano and have been happy with the fit and performance. Cost
is within $1-2 of the other filters out there. Another consideration for
going OEM whenever possible is that you patronize Alfa parts dealers who
can really use the business. Purchasing from a local dealership also
gives you a chance to get to know the people there before you run into
the big problems where you really need their help. Human nature being
what it is, you're likely to get better service.

"Will someone please tell me what is wrong with the OEM Alfa filter and
why
you would use any other? They don't cost much and seem to fit well."
