Chip writes about frozen 164 seats.

I just recently fixed a frozen seat on my 164S.  I have the Racaros, so
yours might be a little different.  I remembered reading on the digest that
when the servo motors were fully extended they tend to get stuck.  I just
reached in with a big screwdriver and was able to give my a little crank
back and it started working perfectly again.
