job offer and general question re: parts

Hi Alfa nuts...

I need your unbiased (?) input...I am discussing some job opportunities
with an Alfa dealer who also carries a main line japanese import which
does well.
I need to come up with some ideas to boost his Alfa parts bizz.

As a group, what would you want a dealer (real world please) to have on
hand? I think the business is there, just mis-targeted.

	ARDONA is a continually weakening entity. Their indifference and
impending rapid departure leaves us in a dilemma. Alternate parts?
Overseas sourcing?
	No doubt ARDONA's morale is in the dumper. There is only 3 people left
as I understand it. Not a slam against them, they have always treated me
well. 
	What sort of parts would you recommend always be in stock? ie: water
pumps fuel pumps...
	Would you consider mailordering from an Alfa "dealer" for non Alfa
parts such as SuperFlex, Koni, etc?
	These folks don't want to give up, but the market outlook is dim. I'd
like to see if I could make it last a bit longer.
Other Ideas: 	Internet presence increased
		Export
		Bulk discounts? ie filters in packs of 10?
What as a customer do you want?
