Some solution to Milano Hestitance..

I took apart the airflow meter and noticed a spring was out of place.  The
spring that gives the flap a slight bit of help in the opposite direction of
the main spring at the closed position was no longer doing it's job.  

I also gave the timing a bit of advance.  Both of these items seemed to help
matters.  But it has been very warm and the problem was worse when it was
cold and I can't give the 100% yes to my fixes.
