Milano Clutch Bleed Help

I can't seem to bleed my clutch on my Milano.  I've pumped through over
36 oz of bake fluid and am still getting lots of air bubbles and no
resistance in the pedal.  I've installed a new master and slave
cylinders.  I've double checked all the connections, have put teflon
tape on the bleed nipple and am looping my bleed hose up above the bleed
screw and then down.  I don't think I'm getting any leaking around the
nipple threads but I've even tried the two person approach of tightening
the nipple on the return stroke.

I need some suggestions.  One would think I've got a leak somewhere
where air is being introduced but I can't find it.  Has anyone had
similar problems?
