Re:Milano Clutch Bleed Help

On bleeding of a milano and GTV-6 clutch you need to have compressed air and a
air blaster with a rubber nipple on it. Take the clutch slave loose and let it
hang freely so that the bleed nipple is facing upward. Then open the bleeder
and have someone watch the bleeder and have a wrench ready to close it. Then
goto the clutch master with it full of fluid and the lid on tightly take the
air blaster (and VERY carefully as not to overpressure it) and pressurize the
reservoir. This will force the fluid thru the lines and out the bleeder with
no bubbles. Then when you have gotten the last of the bubbles out of the
system close the bleeder and reinstall the slave. You may have to press down
the pedal a few times for the system to pressurize.
