Yes; you can turn the engine by tightening the fan belt and using a wrench
on the alternator nut, but be warned that you can damage the waterpump seal
very easily with sideways force, such as putting too much tension on the
belt, or when trying to get the fan off. The problem may not show up
instantly but a leak may develop soon after.
