Bernardo,

	If you're referring to HR4124, the "E-Mail User Protection Act
of 1998," it hasn't even gotten out of committee.  I looked at it briefly
and I'm not sure if it's the same one I heard about before or not.  I know
I started to get UCE that said it conformed to the law before it one was
ever passed.

	Check out thomas.loc.gov for info on who votes for what...
