Milano Key

Anybody out there know how to replace the battery in a Milano key with
the little built-in light? It's unlike the 164 key, which has a slide-off cover
allowing you to access the battery directly. In the Milano key, there's a
little push bar on the side of the key opposite the light button. You push
the bar, and pull the key handle apart into two pieces -- but the piece
containing the battery still appears to be a sealed unit. How do I get to the
battery without sawing the case open?
